Quantic Engineering and Logistics Corporation, a small business, was founded on March 23, 1990 and is incorporated in the State of Florida. The President of the Corporation is Michael F. Kolesar, who has 37 years of experience in the marine field. Quantic occupies approximately 5,000 square feet of office space in the Promenade Mall in Panama City Beach, and has adequate space available to expand to twice the space now occupied.
